Part-Time Supporting Administrator – Saturdays + Overtime and Holiday Cover
GO Property Services is expanding and we need a new member of staff to help out on Saturdays and for occasional extra hours to provide holiday cover.
The job is based at our office on Hucknall Road and will involve day-to-day administration and viewings at properties that we are renting and selling.
We hire for attitude over qualifications and applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to deliver a high level of customer service. The position would ideally suit a well organised individual who knows their way around a PC and all the usual software packages.
Key Requirements:
- Organised
- Good attention to detail
- Great Customer Service in person and on the phone
- Good keyboard skills, including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Car ownership and a full driving licence are essential
£7ph, plus holiday pay, and mileage allowance for viewings.

GO Lettings in Nottingham use a host of different tradesmen and suppliers to help us maintain our properties to the standard our clients expect. We don't just farm our work out to Expensive Repairs PLC, we prefer to use local tradesmen that give us fast response and reliability. iIt's been known for tenants to lock themselves out at midnight and boilers don't always break down at the most convenient times. Our tradesmen are local professionals that can respond quickly and get the job done without a fuss. If you think you fit that bill we'd like to hear from you, we especially need reliable Plumbers, Cleaners, and Gas Engineers.
All of our tradesmen need to have their own Public Liability and in some cases Professional Indemnity Insurance and our Gas Engineers obviously need to be GAS SAFE REGISTERED. Tradesmen need to be prepared to work for a letting business and will have to collect and drop off keys at our offices. Our tradespeople need to be prompt, reliable, and well presented. In return we promise regular work and prompt payment.
